Stretching from the outskirts of Bordeaux to those of Langon, the region of Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux, Premières Côtes de Bordeaux and Cadillac, is home of an exceptional heritage with many historic Castles, roman churches and fabulous mansions imbued with the memory of famous writers or artists.

This land could be best explored following  the winding roads, making their way through the cool valleys or climbing up the warm hillsides where the grapes bath in the sunlight.

Our hillsides, like our wines and our cellars, are there to welcome you !

The red wines of the Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux are often used in traditional dishes of our region such as lampreys, shad, stew, or "entrecôte à la bordelaise". 

But they are also the perfect accompaniment for a roast of lamb, grilled beef, roasted chicken, and many cheeses etc.

The white wines of Premières Côtes de Bordeaux and Cadillac could be drunk alone as an aperitif with tapas  or to complement a first course plate with melon, foie gras or an exotic salad.

The white wines of the Cadillac - Côtes de Bordeaux may also be used in the preparation of white meat and fish dishes with sauces.

For deglazing a pan, they bring richness and smoothness
They are superb with foie gras, blue cheeses, and desserts such as sorbet or fruit salads.

The sweet wines.Young, their primary flavor combine remarkably with white meats and pastries.As they are aging, they can be drunk with foie gras, cheese... and even red meats and game.
